This cuvée comes from an old parcel of Coteaux Bourguignons in the plain of Meursault, planted by an old winegrower with the four Burgundian grape varietals. Vincent purchased this vineyard recently.

Viticultural methods:
The soils are tilled, vines pruned in guyot simple, de-budding adapted to the age of the vineyard and its vigor, sustainable agriculture, manual harvest.
Vinification and ageing
Vinification:
Grapes are hand sorted at the sorting table, skin maceration during few hours, pressing and ageing in oak barrels and stainless steel tank.
Ageing:
9 months. Racking after the malolactic fermentation. ois d’élevage. Soutirage après fermentation malo-lactique. Filtration is light or even nonexistent in order to preserve the aromas. Bottling takes place at the domaine.

A pretty cuvée, fresh and aromatic. Perfect for the summer !
Tasting note:
The nose is fruity. The mouth has little red fruits notes, it is elegant and fine.
